The Dolder Waldhaus has been shaping the cityscape of Zurich for more than 100 years. The existing building from the 1970s no longer meets today’s construction standards. The Dolder Waldhaus Hotel was closed in 2016 and has since been in interim use, which will end in January 2026. This will be followed by a three-year renovation to create new residential space with rental apartments.
