We are pleased to share another update on our renovation project, “Dolder Waldhaus.”

The financing for the construction project has been secured, creating the key conditions to move forward with the implementation of the new residential development.

The interim use by Projekt Interim ended as planned at the end of January 2026. Starting in March 2026, we will begin setting up the construction site installations. The target for occupancy of the new residential project remains 2030.

Interested parties

We are pleased to contribute to the development of the neighbourhood in a sustainable way – creating a place that brings people together. Due to the very high level of interest, no waiting list will be kept for the new residential units.
