The Dolder Waldhaus project will create a vibrant place for living, working, and socialising over the coming years – open to the neighbourhood and nestled in the unique setting of the Adlisberg.

As already outlined in the announcement “New Perspectives”, a comprehensive renovation of the existing Dolder Waldhaus building is planned. The project will include new rental apartments in various sizes, co-working spaces, and a public restaurant with a sun terrace – envisioned as a new meeting place for the neighbourhood and a space for connection.

Following the approval of the building permit, planning for the construction start in spring 2026 is becoming more concrete. Construction is expected to take approximately four years, making first occupancy possible in 2030.

We are pleased to contribute to the development of the neighbourhood in a sustainable way – creating a place that brings people together. Due to the very high level of interest, no waiting list will be kept for the new residential units.
